4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship products across India. Estimated delivery times:

- Other Cities: 5-7 business days

Shipping is FREE on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery under these conditions:
- Product is unused and in original packaging
- Seal is unbroken
- Return request initiated within 15 days
- Valid reason (defective/damaged/wrong product)
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
